Suitable for an eloping same-sex couple for an intimate outdoor ceremony in the magnificent Rocky Mountains.

Wedding Consultants – to assist you every step of the way up to and including being there for the ceremony! Long distance planning is easy when you have wedding experts in-resort and we will help coordinate everything for you via phone, e-mail or even a visit if you are planning to visit ahead of time. We will meet with you in Banff to go over all the details of your wedding day shortly after you arrive, we will take you to get your marriage license and then be with you on your special day to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Included in this wedding package:

Marriage License - We will ensure all the legal papers are completed by you and submitted in advance. To comply with licensing laws you will need to appear personally at the Licensing Bureau to provide proof of identification and signatures. We will accompany you to the Banff Bureau where you will sign for and be issued with your marriage license.

Commissioner - An experienced Marriage Commissioner will be provided to carry out your wedding ceremony at your chosen location. All post-ceremony registration of documents will be handled by your Commissioner. You will receive a ‘Certificate of Marriage’ immediately following your ceremony, and the official certificate will follow (usually by mail) in 2-3 weeks.

Photographs - A professional wedding photographer will be booked to attend on your wedding day to take ceremony and post-ceremony photographs in pre-agreed Canadian Rockies locations. A selection of proofs will be printed and supplied to you in a special proof album. All images will be supplied on CD.

Flowers - 2 corsages or 2 boutonnieres (buttonholes) for the wedding couple, or perhaps you might prefer to have a small arrangement for your hotel room.

Wedding Cake & Champagne – A hand-crafted wedding cake will be made and decorated with fresh flowers or snowflakes. Pop your bottle of chilled champagne immediately after the ceremony, or save it for a private toast to accompany your cake back at your hotel.

Attendance/Witnesses – As your wedding planner, our services will cover the cost of all the above. We will provide a complete wedding advisory service on the area and accommodation options and help you to select the perfect location for your wedding ceremony and post-ceremony celebrations. We will be available on your wedding day and will be happy to act as witnesses if required.

	The Gold Wedding package is available from $2,795 CDN + gst. The Gold Lake Louise package can also be offered for a cost of $3,500 + gst. Use this as a starting point and then add-on any extra services available.
Diamond Wedding Package Suitable for eloping same-sex couples (with up to 4 guests for the ceremony). This luxury package includes 2 nights accommodation (wedding couple only) at a choice of stunning five star hotels in the majestic Canadian Rockies Includes all of the above PLUS: Airport Pick-up - start your experience in style with a chauffeur driven luxury sedan to pick you up from Calgary airport and transfer you to your Banff hotel. Accommodation - 2 nights in luxurious 1 bedroom suite in your chosen hotel Limousine - to take you on a personal tour for post-ceremony photographs around the area whilst enjoying chilled champagne! (max 6 people). Music – a live musican to accompany your wedding ceremony – choose from a harpist, guitarist or violinist to help make your wedding truly unique! Sleigh Ride / Carriage Ride – enjoy the experience of a private sleigh or carriage ride (seasonal) along the Bow River in Banff or around the townsite. The Diamond Package is available from $6,950 CDN + gst (including accommodation for the wedding couple). This package can be adapted for a Lake Louise wedding, no wedding day limo service required but upgrade to limo for airport transfer. From $7,350 CDN + gst.

This Canadian Rockies resort hotel is a renowned symbol of Canadian Rockies hospitality welcoming you with warmth and intimacy. Built in 1888 as a railway hotel to accommodate adventurous travelers crossing the Canadian Rockies, this classic hotel continues its tradition of exemplary service and hospitality. Buffalo Mountain Lodge – A luxurious hotel on Tunnel Mountain in Banff, includes a charming lounge with huge fieldstone fireplace, dining room, indoor recreation area, steam room and outdoor hot tub. Each guest accommodation offered with balcony, wood-burning fireplace and true Canadian hospitality at the highest level. The views from the Hoodoos lookout, just minutes from this property provide a stunning backdrop for your wedding photographs.

Platinum Wedding Package A Banff Wedding Package for up to 20 people. Why not bring your best friends or closest family to enjoy your wedding celebrations! This package is perfect for a group of up to 20 (including the same-sex wedding couple) and will provide an indoor room for your ceremony and reception. You may of course still choose to venture out into the mountains for your wedding ceremony but with our ever-changing weather it’s always a good idea to have an indoor backup! Includes all the items above in the Gold package PLUS: Music – a live musican to accompany your wedding ceremony – choose from a harpist, guitarist or violinist to help make your wedding truly unique! Limousine - to take you on a personal tour of the area whilst enjoying chilled champagne! (the limousine will also transfer the wedding couple to the ceremony location if you decide to get married outside). Venue Hire - for indoor ceremony and your private intimate reception lunch or dinner (no food / beverage included). The Platinum package is available from $5,695 CDN + gst. The Platinum Lake Louise package is available from $5,895 CDN + gst (group sleigh ride or activity tour will be offered instead of limousine service).
